General conditions of sale of digital products

Between :

• The self-employed business My child does sport registered under siren number 833 214 968 (the seller), (contact: xavier@monenfantfaitdusport.fr )
• and the natural or legal person making the purchase of digital products (the buyer), it has been explained and agreed as follows:

Article 1: Purpose and General Provisions

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all sales of digital products made on the website store www.monenfantfaitdusport.fr and are an integral part of the contract between the buyer and the seller. monenfantfaitdusport reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, by publishing a new version on its website. Article 4: Product availability period

Purchased products are available for download upon confirmed payment.

To place an order on our site, choose your items and add them to the cart. Validate the contents of your cart.

You will receive an email confirming your order to the email address you provided when creating your customer account.

Article 6: Delivery

Digital products sold on the My Child Does Sport website are available for download only.

Article 7: Payment terms

• Payment is made by credit card. For obvious security reasons, we have chosen to approach professionals in online payment management and to entrust them with the management of financial transactions when purchasing our items.
  In other words, when you buy on our site, we do not have your bank details, we rely only on Woocommerce and Stripe . They alone have the task of ensuring the transaction with your card.
  Stripe is PCI Level 1 certified, the highest level of security, meaning it protects credit card data from theft and fraudulent use. WooCommerce is an open source plugin for WordPress that allows you to create an online store. It is designed for small and large businesses.
• We require full payment of the order once a basket is validated.

Article 8: Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the execution of which has begun after the consumer's express prior agreement and express waiver of his right of withdrawal.

Article 9: Conditions and deadlines for reimbursement

No refund is possible for a product already downloaded.
My child does sports can however make a refund in the event of a duplicate purchase by the customer.

• You can print and read the documents with the children.
